PLATINUM REPAYMENT CBANGALOR Charges, charges almost every month.

Hi,

I have a Standard Chartered Super Value credit card, its most likely my 1st credit card since it has been issued in 2007.

I have a very low credit limit on this card hence have used it for odd grocery/fuel expenses.

Today out of the blue I opened the credit card statement and I keep finding these charges in my statement. The last e-statement in my email is from December 2016 and I can see these charges all the way from that time period.

So I called up the customer care, and they say these charges look like some subscription charges you have probably enrolled for and the bank has no clue what these charges are, I asked the person for the merchant name, the person had no clue. I said I have never subscribed for any such subscription.

These charges are coming in to my statement in the last 3 months as well hence then I asked to raise a dispute regarding this. The person has raised a request and told me you will get a response within 10 days.

Reason for this post, does anyone else have any clue what these charges are for or maybe have come across these charges before.
