Have you faced similar error using HDFC link?

Yes Bank link is working fine for me, you can try that. Others (HDFC, Axis) still throwing error.

No, it will be a soft enquiry. I have used Freecharge to fetch my CIBIL, no issues here!

How did you check? In my case it shows unrecognised username or password. Do i need to do anything extra? Cibil website shows directly but yesbank showing this problem.

You need to register first (separate registration for HDFC/Yes/Axis/RBL) using the link shared in post. Then you can access your score using the "Returning User" link.

If you opened account recently on CRED then wait for 1 month. They will show the option to check your score.

I did. They said for newer accounts without PAN they're finding it difficult to fetch scores.

They have acknowledge the issue, started to work on it and communicated the tentative deadline. I also wrote to HDFC. Guess what ? Received an half baked, irrelevant response. Have escalated. They must also be working on it. Should be resolved in a weeks time.

This response was quite clear but I had personally received numerous robotic responses from Axis Bank earlier.
