TLDR:
HDFC has no fixed card policy, their internal policy is garbage bin. You can never know which sh*t they pull out and throw upon you.

If u r trying pixel n getting aproved plz let me know i asked for this too they said pixel card is not currently issued to existing card holders. i am not getting the option to apply thru payzapp.

Start using payzapp app, you will get banner ads in payzapp for card application, try from there instead of default hdfc cc portal page

Read pixel play card thread 2 guys, got the card when they kept on trying in this error.
though not sure if anything changed since. but hdfc response is plain lie

I tried applying for wife in mid December, got error while transfering limit, anyone who has got similar error previously, now able to apply successfully?

One user reported that he kept on trying and it finally went ahead
