Hi all, appreciate if you could share your suggestions. My father made payment of 3k to an incorrect UPI id through Amazon UPI. I called up Amazon customer care but they said they can not do anything since the transaction was authenticated using correct PIN.
Can anyone let me know if there is anyway to get this corrected. I did some google and found NPCI portal allows raising such complaints but not sure if there is any meaningful action is taken on such complaints. Thanks in advance
