Hi i want to open an account in hdfc for my opc with initial funding of 30L.
I have few questions:
1) i want to be sole signatory in my account
Will nominee in my company be signatory in account?

2) And i want to have a corporate card with company’s pan.
Already holding infinia metal
What’s the eligibility ?

3) for example in future i might require some loans how to apply for that?
Do you get any upper hand with an opc rather than proprietorship?

I don't think nominee will be siginatory.. you will be the sole signatory..

probaly both will be the same.. all they need is your buiness with them.. if you can do some business with the bank, then they will definitley find a way..

i got the approval for name,
and today they submitted all the forms
how much time will it take to get incorporation certificate?
