Is Cashback calculated on calendar month or billing cycle? I’ve spend 10k on food and grocery this month but my statement already got generated on 15 December. So when does this 1k limit get reset?

Billing cycle. and cashback of last month statement credit this month statement.

I have email of hsbc agent who contacted me few days back. Should I mail him to see if he can get it FYF? Or directly apply using cashkaro to get cashkaro benefits

someone told me that HSBC charges annual fee on 11th Month

I have applied yesterday and VKYC SUCCESSFULLY completed also today; I got a mail with application number and some attached documents; In that under cashback card, it's mentioned FYF and Rs 750 annual fee;

Is it a old file, they have sent? Or what?

This is sad. HSBC cashback card was very good for some transactions. But now that it is getting devalued like other cards, I think all good cards are going the same way. (If they devalue SBI cashback and Amazon Pay ICICI, a lot of people will suffer badly)

I don’t really think this is a devaluation. More like a repurpose.
10% cashback on grocery is an unmatched feature. They also added lounge visits (No spends attached).

Really? I thought this is one of few cards still giving 1.5% on utility mcc. Did they change it without announcement?
