NSDL Bank Account Blocked 😔 Any Solution?

Can we close account without vkyc

My suggestion, complete kyc and empty the savings and later go for acc closure. Even after kyc done 1 month ago, they have not responded . Will approach RBIO. No option.

Even for closing account, they are taking ages. Some are even approaching RBI just for closing the account 🤣

If it is 1 month done since you mailed them and sent reminders, then complaint on website. I am also doing the same .RBI won't entertain on emails.

Sent them a mail in jan for activation but they didn't replied so raised the RBI complaint and got it activated and used the last march month amazon friday offer and raised the account closure request 🤣

Which documents did they ask you for closing the account? Did you send anything to their address?

yes, after complaining to RBI they called me multiple times to complete the vkyc

On first mail they didn't reply and when i called to there cs they said to mail in specific format else will not reply.
Asked me to send a new mail to care@nsdlbank.co.in
Subject :- I want to close my account
Account Holder Name :
Account Holder Mother Name :
Mobile no :
And attach self attested adhaar, pan and account closure form.
If you don't remember the sign you did then do the sign as you have in pan card.
