Can we close account without vkyc

My suggestion, complete kyc and empty the savings and later go for acc closure. Even after kyc done 1 month ago, they have not responded . Will approach RBIO. No option.

Even for closing account, they are taking ages. Some are even approaching RBI just for closing the account 🤣

If it is 1 month done since you mailed them and sent reminders, then complaint on website. I am also doing the same .RBI won't entertain on emails.

Dear Customer, effective 01/07/25, the revised Savings A/c interest rates are: Up to Rs.1 lakh: 2.0 percent p.a. and above Rs.1 lakh: 5.0 percent p.a. - NSDLPB 😝😝😝
