Not getting 5% cashback from CB card in monthly statement

So this month I did not receive 5% CB from SBI, when asked they said I will get 1% CB in statement and 4% additional CB in next month statement. Is the rule changed ???

Cashback comes generally after 2-3 days when your transaction gets settled.

Do not use use gyftr for gc you will get 0%. Use Amazon app and buy gc from Amazon pay app u will get 5%.

There is no cash back but when I used gyftr I got a good instant discount on my purchase.
