Not able to apply for SBI Elite

Hi... I have been trying for an SBI Elite card for the past year... However, getting this page no matter what I do. Fresh application or retrieve application. Can anyone help?

Infact, I tried the same for other cards viz., Cashback, simplysave,... Same result.

Every time I speak to the customer care they say, it is a technical issue and please try after some days.


Currently I have only BPCL OCTANE. For 1.5 years
