HDFC Credit Cards No upgrade offer since 6 years - what to do?

Hey! I have an HDFC Regalia First credit card LTF (my only cc) which I got back in 2019

Till now I haven’t got a single upgrade offer and only got the first limit enhancement offer of 20% this year…

What shall I do, I am an imperia customer as well…

Close the card if you can afford depending upon other CC portfolio..and depending upon your current HDFC relationship..

BTW, how can we suggest you if you don't provide your overall HDFC relationship and overall CC portfolio??

I mentioned it’s my only CC… + I got an account in HDFC since like 3/4 years which got upgraded from preferred to imperia last year

In hdfc you got only one cc..
What about other CCs? If you don't have any other CCs then it is not advisable to close current hdfc cc.
If you have good other CCs then closing this hdfx cc and applying afterwards on c2c os one option

Suggest you not to close then!!!

You can try for some other bank cc first… probably the LTF ones to build a portfolio of 3-4 cards at least

Then email them with your case!!! They should upgrade to Regalia Gold at least

I would suggest you can easily grab an IDFC card
C2C basis… free cards with some benefits
They generally provide good CL

They are also generous about the limit

You can try IndusInd cards too!!! But not very beneficial!!!

When have HDFC ever listened to reason?!

Problem is, the emails (irrespective of the addressee) get intercepted by rookies who don't have the inclination and/or the ability to read and comprehend reasoning, and reply with some predefined template suggesting application from scratch to their infamous Chennai office!

Has anyone managed to get the email of the MD’s desk, I mailed like 3 times and same guy keeps copy pasting old message

Guys Millenia+ Neu (with Shared limit) has not given me even a single LE/Upgrade offer till date(more than 1.5yrs now) even with adequate spends. Manual intervention also bore no fruit. Have read many people encountering the same so it seems auto LE/upgrade offers are not getting triggered for this particular combo. Any 'totka' to break this dormancy? 😀😀 Inputs pls.
