Myntra not delivering order

Hi All

Need little help.

I order a product on 21st April, original date of delivery was 2nd May. I started following up with myntra from 30th April they even created a Incident for the same.

Post that whenever I did follow up they always said that they will respond in 24-48 hours. Till now there are no update on it.

Today I raised a Grievance in consumer helpline portal.

1. What will be the next step? I already provided myntra with grievance number.
2. Does lodging a complain in consumer helpline will help?

After serval follows and raising request on consumer forum.
Myntra cancelled the order in 3 weeks and refunded the amount.

Same, no coin from melorra comes at all. Atleast they are delivering kalyan ones.
