My RBI complaint has been pending since 7 months. What to do further ?

My RBI complaint has been pending since 7 months. What to do further ? Like how do I escalate further..

Last week I filed a complaint in CPGRAMS also.

If I call RBI they say in process and or sometimes it will take one month more.

Same here, mine is stuck for 3 months no response from them, bank says they sent the case to BO office
