Merger of Club Vistara with Air India Flying Returns

Hi all,
I received a mail today from Club Vistara. It says due to merger of Vistara in Sir India, Club Vistara is going to be merged in Air India Flying Returns. Future of Co-branded Club Vistara cards will be decided accordingly. But assued the card specific benefits due will be honoured.

If you don't have any vistara cc, and not enough points in cv account. You can opt out for this migration.

Or, if you have enough cv points along with 💯 planned trip in next 6 months, then you can also opt-out.

I have a redeemed ticket in my Club Vistara account but not yet booked flight. Will I be able to book flight now?

Even I received this mail now and yesterday only i upgraded my vistara signature to infinite. Anyone has idea if I will still be able to get gold status in Air india

But my card is yet to be delivered and post that whatever i read it take about 10-15 days for gold to happen post payment of joining charges. So best case I will be able to get gold by month end and they are asking to link vistara to flying return now

Just linked my vistara ID with flying returns ID successfully. I assume vistara will operate till early next year only.

they are not asking to link immediately. it'll take several months. read the last line of the email:



so there is plenty of time to go before they merge.
