MCC Based transactions rejecteing by HDFC MoneyBack + CC

I have a MoneyBank + cc which is approved on June 25, when i was trying to do transactions on ( Utility 4900 MCC ) all transactions on this mcc rejecteing by bank.

No issues with other category/mcc, i figure out that only (4900 Utility) transaction rejecteing by bank.

I had contacted coustomer care but they're answers are not useful as usual.

Please help me to solve this problem.

1. Is it for a specific merchant or every merchant with mcc 4900 ?
2. When a transaction is rejected you receive an email with a reason for rejection. Did you receive any email? What reason is specified there?
3. What reason dis customer care tell for txn rejection?

1. Every merchant with 4900
2. Not received any sms or email when transaction rejected.
3. Coustomer care told that they couldn't find any failed transactions which is rejected by bank.
