Manual limit enhancement- CIBIL checked by Axis but limit did not increase

On 8th July I requested CLI from axis chat support—uploaded salary slip and got service request number whose expected resolution date is 15th July. On 10th My CIBIL got hit by axis but till yet I have not received any limit enhancement and the service request is open? Will I get limit increase or not? and did it ever happen to you?

That's correct if they check doesn't mean you get limit enhancement. i have lost many cibil enquiry on getting limit enhanced but nothing happened. Finally had to fight with bank employees manually got 3 level approvals and then got cibil check and got enhancement.

Whenever a cibil check is done if enhancement is given its immediate reflect in your axis credit account, if cibil hit and no limit enhancement found then forget it its did not happen. (Just wasted an enquiry)

Wait till 15th end of the day if this is the expected resolution date.

It happened with me; I requested for a Manual LE on 3rd July which was taken up with documents.
The expected date was 9th July, and the LE was processed at 8:31 pm on 9th.
