I had Contacted HDFC Customer Care about 3 weeks ago for LE and LTF Conversation

LTF Conversion was denied and Docs were asked to be sent to Chennai

I asked that the Docs be accepted via Email, but they denied.

Escalated to escalation.cc@hdfcbank.com

LTF was still denied, but they accepted for Docs to be sent via Email

Got the LE Offer of 50k yesterday

Should I escalate it further for a better LE Offer?

For LTF I had argued that my spends were 9L+ in the last 6 months but both L1 and L2 denied

Any suggestions?

What documents did u send for LE? What was ur existing limit?

Any LE with hdfc only after 6m from last card upgrade date or card issue date or last LE date
They won’t even give consideration before 6 months

3 Months Payslip and Bank Statement
Existing was 3L
Now they agreed for +50K

Mostly no if u accept it already in app the 50k
They say u got LE recently
If not accepted nothing wrong u can escalate and get more choose accordingly

Emphasis more on the 9l spend u did bcos it’s a big amount if u spend on a travel card u get almost next trip free
