Maharaja / Star Alliance Gold on Lufthansa

I gave Maharaja Gold. And Am flying Lufthansa this week. Wanted to understand how resulting Star Alliance gold work on Lufthansa.

1> Is there a separate Star Alliance gold # that I should register for?

2> Am I eligible for lounge, priority checkin, and extra weight? If yes do I just show give them Maharaja CLub ID? Or is there some other way

Add air india frequent flier number to your ticket. And go to business class checkin counter. I think they should be then able to see this in the system
