Link Member not working

I downloaded the Accor App and created an account. I tried to link the member ID in points to mile conversion in Axis App but I am not receiving any OTP. I tried creating another Accor account but I am facing the same issue. What should I do?

Might axis blocked your account for adding miles member id.

Or simply call customer care, if you get any women then say you are going to buy a flight ticket so need to redeem edge rewards.

Currently axis cracking down reward hunters and money rotators.
