Kris Flyer rejected the Edge Rewards Transfer

Hi,

I tried transferring 1000 ER points to my Kris Flyer account. While Linking the member in the Edge Portal i could not mention my full first name. Last two characters i could not type. So i removed the spaces inbetween and transferred the points. Now got a mail from KF that they cannot process. I did the same way for club vistara it worked there. Any solution?

Ideally if first name matches then it should go well
Try transfer again if it goes to some other executive they will approve
