Axis edge rewards transfer not done, initiated 3rd April

On 3rd April I initiated a transfer to Qatar Avios but till today I haven't got the miles. Travel edge is not helping at all, just that "we are checking and will revert shortly". If someone have any Manager level contact in travel edge then please let me know. Or suggest something else which I can do to get the miles in account immediately.

I was able to Convert my Dad'd ER to my United Miles a few months ago.
But it is failing repeatedly, sam with Accor.
ITC still continues to let me transfer to my ID from my father's
Anyone else facing the same issue?

please recheck that u havent done any mistake in transfering mile like you entered wrong ffp no verify it

What you are doing is against the TnC. Transfer it to his account, and then book using his account.
