I've been offered with an option to Upgrade my Current LTF Kotak League Platinum CC to Kotak Zen Signature CCard with and Joining & Annual Fees of 1500₹. Can I request them to make it LTF also?

Then request cc to upgrade card to zen LTF. Success will 80% if you used card regularly.
If they denied you can get it LTF by retention team by placing card close request.

I’ve noticed that apart from the Myntra Kotak card, other Kotak cards don’t seem to offer as many rewards. Could you inquire if they can provide you with the Myntra Kotak card on a Lifetime Free basis?

That offer is given to NTB for ETB they are charging joining fee and annual fee.

When request for Upgrade never forget to keep proofs, which will valuable for you later. Otherwise you know kotak's behaviour on LTF.

Hihi not just 60mins, For ETB they not giving that offer I inqured with CC.
you can watch other threads on it they are saying with 4 workings days they got charged joining fee without even activating the card they got charged.

In app when I go to apply for a card only fd card option showing.
From website application goes to last stage but in last stage of application OTP submission, nothing goes further after filling OTP.
