ICICI MMT Platinum / Signature Card - Eligible for Instant Discount?

Is the card eligible for 10% Instant discount & Flat Discounts like Coral card. Whether the statement is merged with existing CC or standalone? Thanks.

Ok, I'm using the Coral CC (paid) just for discount. No other transactions on this card. Do you think it's better to get the MMT Platinum or Signature? I spend on MMT sometimes.

I had amazon icici, so I needed one another icici card for discounts. I had two options Platinum or MMT Platinum. I chose MMT P because one time joining fees of 590 and 500 will be given in MMT wallet, so just have to give 90 for this card. I keep MMT P for instant discounts and 1 railway lounge/quarter.
