Kotak White Credit Card is Not issued as LTF (even for Optima Account)

I get to know from Kotak support that, they don't issue White as LTF even for Optima customers. If Optima customers have existing card and they just upgrade the existing card to Life time free White. But, if Optima customers don't have any existing card, then there is no option to get White as Life time Free.

Hello Mate,

This is again a White lie from the customer care of Kotak for the White Card (what a White irony), as per their website, their is a free variant for Optima and Insignia customers.

According to their website https://www.kotak.com/en/personal-banking/cards/credit-cards/white-credit-card/value-chart.html this card is LTF for Kotak's Optima and Insignia customers. Also, there is no location specific conditional LTF.



I have seen Kotak 811 customers getting Kotak White as LTF. Since you are already an Optima customer, you should get it too.

Escalate this issue to Nodal officer at nodalofficer@kotak.com, with this screenshot and ask them to offer Kotak White LTF to you.
