Offer Fulfilled! Kotak Myntra (Paid) To Zen (LTF) Conversion

The offer has been fulfilled by the bank/company.
Hi Guys / Gals,

As Myntra card is getting closed from next month , I converted my Myntra paid card to Zen LTF.

The Steps involved:

1) Call CC ( 1860 266 2666 )and Convert Myntra card to Zen Paid card - you can do this manually
2) Once you receive the Zen card, Dont activate the card.
3) Call CC and ask if there is any LTF offer is available.. The offer should be available if you have a higher CL ... ( I have 2.8L CL, I guess it should work if it is more than 1L CL)..
3) They will raise a cancellation request first.
4) Retention team will call you after 30 mins or so and verify your identity and then convert your Zen card to LTF and you will get Email as well..

Successfully converted Paid zen to LTF. Did not call directly through the number (1860...) provided by SSV as it was a paid number (declined by airtel as I did not have sufficient balance to make a call 😅) so went to kotak app and inside support arranged a callback. Rest everything was same. The customer support directly added the retention team in the same call and while in the call itself they sent lifetime free conversion email.

I called, they said that their systems are not activated for Fees change. (I hold White) and when I asked to downgrade to some LTF card, they said those systems are under implementation and asked me to callback by October. :man-shrugging:

Call them in October or a bit later.. you should have something..
What is your current CL??

One can call on 02262042001 from Airtel.
 
About 3 lacs and some change.
Then what you should do, ask if there is any LTF offer on your existing white card.
If they say no, then ask them to downgrade it to zen or something lower than White..
And then ask if LTF offer exists for that card..
They can't see the ltf offer until the card is converted..
Ltf offers are mostly based on CL (and to some extent duration of holding, this - I am just guessing)

Sure, thanks for the tip, will call them in Oct/Nov and see if they have something for me. will update here what happens. 😅

For me also the customer care rep was telling that the card is first year free and thereafter 500+gst. I told myntra was useful and I was using it extensively but on the new card I can't spend that much to get renewal fees waiver. He first tried to tell there are no offers but when I insisted he told to wait for sometime so he can connect to his senior He got back to me after some 1-2 mins later and told he will request cancellation for the card and you can connect with the retention team in the same call. After that it got converted.
