I think the way they work is they'll be far ahead of the game and take a giant nap. By the time the industry is caught up, they'll then be dominating the next big thing and this cycle repeats.

They go by the concept of balance. They care less about salary accounts. I agree with you. They need to improve their salary account products.

Yes, except with their technology and customer support. Customer support from my experience is worst which they are improving now. Now when I call my RM, the call gets connected to some other service executive who notes down the issue and ensure the RM calls back.

if you're maintaining 10-15 lakhs balance than ask your RM to upgrade to optima. prima is outdated. optima have NMC wavier
