Kotak Bank Froze My Account Without Notice & Forcing Me to Close It – Need Advice!

i'm sure it a old account opened in branch of kotak, mine had tons of coming going out cause my aim was to pay cc bills using kotak 811 debit card and if it didn't work why to keep money, that kotak didn't like i didn't keep any balance and money coming in from different source.

It is a zero balance Pro Savings Account, opened from office (never visited branch).

Physical verification (no biometric, no paper).

No idea if can close online.

If you have Kotak 811 account and do lot of UPI received transection, they block account and ask to open 10k account. They doing this from 2-3yr..

Not necessarily for all.

In my case, I did 648 trxns, so far from 02/2023 amounting to 29+L, mostly UPI. Never had any problem with the account. Last year converted to 811Super. Not a single issue till now. Very happy.
