I performed an online transaction in USD. Amount debited was equal to the Visa conversion rate with zero markup. Hence, confirmed that there are no charges. However I did not get any super cashback for the same.

There is a disclaimer that cashback on international transactions will be credited at the end of the month.

Will wait and update here, incase I receive the cashback.

Is the bill generated? Any additional charge on the bill?

If not, then I guess then there are no charges. I do not have this account or card, was going by what was mentioned in the TnC.
 
is there any way to get the account opening, offline KYC and funding done without visiting the branch for the Super account + metal card combination? my work schedule doesn't allow me to visit bank during their working hours even though I am genuinely interested in this.

usually the employee who opens this particular account are field sales agents. they will come and visit you and do the process completely. get the number from local bank by calling or something.

yes, 100%. I have opened 2 super accounts with infinity cards for my mom and dad. The kotak 811 staff member came to my home with kyc device for fingerprint and offline kyc. it was very quick and smooth process. So, just call your home/nearest branch and ask them to send 811 staff to your home.

did you initiate anything online? like submitting basic details (Adhar, PAN etc). or entire thing was done offline including initial funding?

No nothing to be send before,just asked them to visit your home and one 811 agent will visit your place,and after all the process you can transfer initial funding amount instantly through imps/upi..it will take hardly 5 minutes to open account
 
Ok so I did open the Super account with KYC through an agent. But on checking the app it shows a virtual debit card with bin range 459453 with a red/white gradient card. It definitely doesn't seem the metal one. The initial funding done was for 81100. Should I wait or ask the concerned regarding this right away? I had confirmed from him verbally multiple times but didn't check his tab or click photo as such.

Did you check when selecting account type, what did agent selected? red/white is the normal one.
Also you should receive a message about infinity debit card from kotak in a day or two if it was selected while application

I didn't check at that time but I have got a message just now for processing of infinity metal card.
