Kotak 811 account

Approximately 5 years back I had a women's savings account (wife +me)with Kotak which went dormant or inactive or whatever it is called. Now I want to open a Kotak 811 account online but getting an error existing account! I thought inactive accounts were closed by the bank in Weed Out. How do I open a zero-balance account with them now?

No keep kotak for small spends.

I changed the address & got credit card next week 😂

No bro. I was at my permanent address and I changed my address to Delhi (which is 1000kms far from my permanent address)and got my card delivered today. My friend is bringing to me that card to me 🤣

Error was happening to me ..so i did use gps emulator and it happened .
