Kotak 811 Account Blocked – Need Advice on Unblocking

What is the solution?
First is to increase the income range of 811 account via app/net banking/branch. Secondly, Kotak saves the beneficiary in 2 categories. Self Accounts and Other Accounts. Kotak 811 app, saves ALL beneficiaries in Other Accounts. The Kotak Bank app and netbanking both are synced with each other and hence they do show a checkbox for marking a beneficiary as Self Account., but Kotak 811 doesnt. Transfers within Self Accounts are not getting scanned as much compared to transfers between Other Accounts. So the solution is to stop using Kotak 811 app and switch to Kotak app. Kotak app will allow you to transfer between Self Accounts.

21st July at 5.48pm account got freezed
21st July at 5.56pm arranged a call back from transaction verification team by contacting customer care
22nd July at 2.07pm got a call from transaction verification team they asked about recent transaction and occupation details and arranged a home verification for the next day
23rd July at 10.32am agent came for home verification and took pictures of home and aadhaar card
23rd July at 5.04pm account got unfreezed
