First is to increase the income range of 811 account via app/net banking/branch. Secondly, Kotak saves the beneficiary in 2 categories. Self Accounts and Other Accounts. Kotak 811 app, saves ALL beneficiaries in Other Accounts. The Kotak Bank app and netbanking both are synced with each other and hence they do show a checkbox for marking a beneficiary as Self Account., but Kotak 811 doesnt. Transfers within Self Accounts are not getting scanned as much compared to transfers between Other Accounts. So the solution is to stop using Kotak 811 app and switch to Kotak app. Kotak app will allow you to transfer between Self Accounts.
