Jupiter CSB credit card limit enhancement

I've an Jupiter CSB credit card using since April last year. It's been more than an year but I didn't get any limit enhancement.

When usually they'll offer limit enhancement?

Should I do something or can I do anything to get the limit enhancement?

It's not serviceable at our location.

They reduced my credit limit from 2L to 1L. Got the card around Jan'25.
