Issue over HDFC Debit card 1% cashback

Guys,
Me and My wife is having Imperia HDFC bank account.

Wife is the primary holder and I am the secondary account holder (Joint account). I got 2 easyshop platinum card recently.

Then from my debit card I paid 75000 CC Bills to Axis Magnus (First I paid) and then after 10 min I paid 36000 INR from wife debit card (then she paid). I got only 750 INR cash back and HDFC is not ready to pay 1% cashback of wife debit card transaction which is 360 INR.

Is this limit of 750 INR from one HDFC bank account per month or joint holders two debit cards eash one get 750 cash back.
Any reference or argument to make with HDFC with some logical proof of their guideline?

Nope. No issues faced. Wait a little more all cb will get credited

It's not about the delayed CB's.
BillPay portal doesn't allow to process paying these bank CC bills on it (SBI, BOB, Indus, etc) for whatsoever reason.
This seems due to their tie-up challenges with these banks I guess.

Is there any solution to this ?

No issues if you pay using Net Banking Billpay.

If I pay via Net banking, that won't be via DC, so would not be getting the CB then.!

I do via HDFC mobile app mostly, and fail to pay for these bank CC's.

As you suggested, I tried paying on Net Banking on PC site.
Payment failed, as I had mentioned earlier.

As I have observed, all the banks marked with "B assured" logo on the right; are ubale to be paid via HDFC BillPay via DC.

Yes.
In fact also tried removing and then re-adding the same. But same error.

CC team also has no response to this.

(Only the marked banks have been facing this error, as shown in the image above)

Removing and readding will again make the biller in pending status
I will try to pay a small amount and then let you know

For other banks, yes I do receive CB bcoz payment gets processed (like ICIC, Axs, Amex, etc)
FYI: HDFC CC we can't pay via BillPay. So no CB.

Only for some banks, error shows while making payment. (Like BoB, SBI, Indus)

I paid Rs. 10 for SBI Card, and was successful in one shot. seems some error at your end bro. invade customer care in this. or wait patiently till its starts for you.

You will not get cashback on Park Plus.
don't pay using HDFC Bank Debit Card.
