Issue: Canara credit card blocked after multiple wrong otp

yesterday I tried to make a transaction with my Canara visa credit card but the OTP was getting delayed. I clicked resend a few times and after a while it arrived, but I couldn’t figure out which one was correct, so by entering the wrong OTP my card got blocked. It showed that it would be blocked for 24 hours, but even though that time has passed, it still hasn’t been unblocked. I tried contacting 1800 1030 and the branch that issued me my card but all of them are saying that the card is showing up as active but I'm still unable to do any transaction.

What should I do now?

Its already been 24 hours, and still not unblocked. Also I tried from their mobile banking app and there it is showing up as active and no particular option to reactivate for online transactions.
