After opening the app, click on debit card, click on ur old card, under options below u can see upgrade option

Net banking hi use kar raha hu. Remove kar diya app.

Yes why not,it counts.

Better get other bank cards if u want lounge

I have been receiving lot of dms regarding IOB account opening process and for RSDC.
So putting everything in one thread.

Account opening process
1. Open this link

https://vkyc.iob.in/customerVkyc

Choose account variant - SAVINGS ACCOUNT - PUBLIC
its mab is very low 100/200 only without chequebook

2. Fill all ur personal details.
UnTick debit card
Untick chequebook
Tick netbanking and mobile banking

3. Submit application and do video kyc.

4. U will receive user id password of netbanking in the mail after account opening usually takes 3 to 1week.

5. In netbanking, apply...

I got 3 RSDCs today in my family. I was able to set pin in 1. But for one, I am getting - green pin already set error and for other, request timeout. Has anyone faced this before?
