Infinia Infinia points error?

I’ve been using Infinia for over a year now, and for the first time, my points in the statement isn’t matching up with what I track in my Excel sheet. I double checked every spend and calculation

Here’s what I noticed:

* Got 5400 more points than I calculated under 10X accelerated spends.
* Because of that, the accelerated points hit the 15K cap, and I ended up losing 1123 points on 5X spends.
* There’s also 790 points under adjusted/lapsed that I can’t account for.

Net result: I’ve got 3487 points more than I should have.

My questions:

1. Was there any special campaign for 10X accelerated points that I may have missed?
2. Has anyone else noticed errors in their points calculation?

I don’t really mind if they claw back the extra points — I should probably just be happy. Only negative is I can't make any accelerated spends till August end. I honestly don’t know what to make of it, and I just wasted an hour trying to make it make sense. 😅

This month i also got 10x rewards points, however i have done only gift vouchers. I think, it is just category typo

Even my statement had 890 points adjusted/lapsed - upon enquiring with customer care was told that this is reversal of points credit during May sale which are not eligible for points because I already received discount!

same issue in my case. in the may month , on Amazon , got an upfront discount of 1750 on the product price and 1905 reward points. In the august month statement 1905 have been deducted. I enquired and RM told that since discount is already given so rewards points are reversed. SBI started this last year not HDFC following them.
I think they claim the points amount given to customer in their tax rebate but actually they are not giving it.
