Hello. I just felt a need to start a guided discussion on recent events with IndusInd bank. I have a Select Family Account (Free Addons) clubbed with Legend CC and our family uses it as the primary platform for our spending needs.
During June 2024 we checked following options
IDFC Select Program @3 L IP/FD NRV
HDFC Preferred Program @10 L FD NRV
IndusInd Select @Legend CC
IndusInd Grande to Exclusive Degrade @Pinnacle CC with 5 L IP
SC, DBS, South Indian Bank, none offered a decent semi premium spending Savings account.
My requirements-
Visa Signature Card
Family Savings Add On
Today, due to cost cutting measures, IndusInd has fully imbibed microfinance model and therefore pushed Indie App and Netbanking to all their retail SA customers including Pioneer ones.
I needed to confirm-
1) Is it true that IndusInd has MANDATORILY migrated all SA customers to shit Indie App?
2) What other lucrative programs are suitable for me if I totally want to ditch IndusInd now. HDFC Preferred at 10L FD NRV seems suitable enough.
3) Is your customer care IVR working. Mine just has a robot with no option to connect agent. No Email response, branch treats shit and isn't accepting/raising request to change RM.
