IndusInd Indie App and Netbanking update Mandatory

Hello. I just felt a need to start a guided discussion on recent events with IndusInd bank. I have a Select Family Account (Free Addons) clubbed with Legend CC and our family uses it as the primary platform for our spending needs.

During June 2024 we checked following options
IDFC Select Program @3 L IP/FD NRV
HDFC Preferred Program @10 L FD NRV
IndusInd Select @Legend CC
IndusInd Grande to Exclusive Degrade @Pinnacle CC with 5 L IP
SC, DBS, South Indian Bank, none offered a decent semi premium spending Savings account.

My requirements-
Visa Signature Card
Family Savings Add On

Today, due to cost cutting measures, IndusInd has fully imbibed microfinance model and therefore pushed Indie App and Netbanking to all their retail SA customers including Pioneer ones.

I needed to confirm-
1) Is it true that IndusInd has MANDATORILY migrated all SA customers to shit Indie App?
2) What other lucrative programs are suitable for me if I totally want to ditch IndusInd now. HDFC Preferred at 10L FD NRV seems suitable enough.
3) Is your customer care IVR working. Mine just has a robot with no option to connect agent. No Email response, branch treats shit and isn't accepting/raising request to change RM.

What is real world scenario? Are you using the shit Indie App on your SA accounts? Exclusive, Grande, Pioneer, Select, Partner, Care etc... customers..
 
Jokes apart, I am using Indusind from years. I have 2 accounts with them...Indie Megastar & Indus Exclusive Zero Mab with Ltf Pinnacle.
1. Indie app is working fine 9 out of 10 times.
2. Indie's 150 cb on cc payments + 50 on Fastag+ 3% on fuel are not that bad.
3. Indus Exclusive dc with zero Forex is not that bad either.
4. RM is helpful luckily in my case. Branch is near so whenever there's an issue which is rare, they solve it. They happily reversed Mab charges of my Grande 1k+. After that, I downgraded to Exclusive now no worries.
5. IVR never connects you to human agent. That's a real bummer.
6. There are plenty of options available better than Indus. Like Idfc. For family banking, you can try Icici family 360.
 
ICICI wealth, IDFC select/wealth I'd recommend (given you can convince your local branch to open account with 10L, IDFC easy but ICICI varies).

HDFC preferred criteria has increased to 20L

Not only you everyone who uses IndusInd as primary account will feel this worst feeling
So better make IndusInd as a non priority one and move on
I hold exclusive still customer care unable to get a human lol
