Indusind iconia Amex vs IndusInd Legend

i am having LTF IndusInd Iconia Amex , now they stopped issuing this credit card but old customers can use their existing card , i want to know is Indusind Legend is better card than Iconia Amex ? should I consider to upgrade me Iconia Amex to IndusInd Legend ? which is better among these two ? or should I upgrade to any other indusind LTF card ?

Do study of both the card's reward system to determine the best.
Acceptability wise Amex is not good than Visa
