Indusind bank delight saving account is a zero balance account with initial funding of 10590

I want to know that which physical card is provided in welcome kit and also is it upgradable.

is cheque book also provide in this account.

Please comment if anyone know about this.
I want to open account in this.

opened the account online last month and did offline kyc as they were having 10k mab requirement for offline application. Till date my kyc isn't completed and I informed to 3 self proclaimed RMs who wanted to do my vkyc. They raise a ticket, which in turn sends me the previously delivered welcome kit details.

I also tried to enable contactless payment on my card but both the net banking and app didn't allow to do so for my delite debit card, although they can enable contactless delivery for my virtual dc. For this again I raised two tickets but both closed without any resolution. Tbh worst experience I had with any bank.

Same,

I change my no in Indusind Bank

But they haven't updated to my userid with the new no. Fking dumb @sses.

Then alot complaining the nodal officer did it.
It took 3 months.(not continueus)

I feel like they work like psu, they don't do your work unless you complain.

I have using indusind delight saving account and link legend credit card in account, Can i upgrade existing delight account to select account, if yes then what's the process

Hello, I have opened Online savings account with IndusInd and opted for Delights debit card. While doing VKYC, the verification got failed due to some issues and was asked to visit nearby branch to complete the kyc process. Meanwhile my account was blocked for transactions.

I have done the kyc process in nearby branch and it has been resolved as well. Still I am not able to do any transactions to and pro in my account. Do you know when the freeze will be removed post kyc completion?
