Bro ... There's no specific use of this account as of now. As mentioned above, I didn't close it since it's a zero balance account. Every month, I move the required amount for SIP to this account. That's all.
My main requirement here is that if I can get that Delights card and get the 5% cashback on fuel spends, that's a great thing.
I currently use the (now discontinued) Bharat Cashback card (LTF) from HDFC and it gives 5% cashback across all fuel pumps. It's not brand specific and I mostly fill my car from Jio-BP. The downside is that it's capped to 150 rs per month. My fuel expenses are around 7k per month and I can make more of it with this card. Ik I can get the SC Super value titanium card but I'm not planning to get a new CC and I don't think I'll spend enough to get the fee waiver.
Also, I just don't want to go to Indusind bank physically to close and create a new account.

That’s a good use case to you…scb don’t consider they give rewards one time upto 2k only and with delights card u can get fuel with rewards upto 15k I mean upto 5% of 750/-

But that delights debit card won’t be issued to all accounts other than zero balance delight account
Moreover 2 yrs back I used that card no hassles in cashback at that time
I lost the card when I upgraded my account to exclusive

I just got a call from my RM.

He's having a completely different idea about these stuff ig. Makes me feel the bank runs a different website/details for customer and staff 🤷

He told me he can apply for delight card but the fees is 2499 + gst. In that, I'll get 2500 rs worth of points that I can redeem in HP One app (ik HP pay app). And then, annual fee is 499+tax.

This felt like a combination of World Delights card and Delights card.

I asked if he's talking about the White or Red card, as he sounded pretty confused while explaining 😂.

And... He sends me a photo.... Of Grandé card. I don't match any eligibility criteria of that card or that account 😂 but they can apply for this for me with the above fees.

He was saying that he has only 1 option to apply and that is that Grandé card 🤷

I told him this isn't the card and sent him the photo of the red Delights card. He has asked for some time to get back.

Idk whether Indusind doesn't educate their staff or their website is completely wrong or what is exactly wrong here. Anyway, I'm recording all calls incase if I lose any money so that I can hold them accountable.

Ya, that's correct. Even I'm confused why they have these many cards. It feels like they have a very bad product/category team.
Even so, my RM basically combined Grandé, Delight and World Delights card into 1.
I think they should streamline their products.

lol RM tried to add a new card to IndusInd portfolio
Reason for lot of cards is they can get some revenue over it (hopefully no one will renew just one time issue charges profit)
