Indusind credit card application process

Hello Fam!
I was recently getting calls from indusind bank regarding a preapproved credit card offrr also received WA msgs. Was busy with exams so was not able to process it. Now the offer got expired but still I applied one through the website and it showed me multiple cards that I’m eligible for with the same limits as the preapproved offer claimed. I selected eazydiner card. There was no vdo kyc may be because im an existing customer. Immediately I received two mails



Does this guarantee me getting a card? On calling customer care IVR reply is your application in process and unable to connect to executive.

Same thing happend to me but they declined after three days, in your case i would say wait and watch everything is possible in indusind

Upto your process i got same, In my case video kyc is also done and now no update from them.

1. They approve application with given limit..
2. They approve application with reduced limit..
3. They Decline you application..

How old was your account with them ?

In my case an saving account given, when activated saving account, credit card also given with same limit shown.

Around 2 years. But for more than 1year it was unused. From last 1year I did some transactions.

Thank you everybody for helping. I got the card approved (no such message received regarding approval). I received a courier directly from bluedart. But the limit provided is 3L not 4.68 as mentioned in the mail. But I don’t have any problem as I’ll be using this only for dining. And my dining spends are at max 2-3k per month usually.

In my case:
1. Applied yesterday morning.
(actually started application few days ago, halted before filling details, yesterday completed application).

2. Received sms with application number and instructions to complete application process.

3. Filled necessary details adn Two otp's one for mobile & another for official email verification.

4. Submitted application successfully.

5. Received two email almost similar (without card name) first one with information of eligibility and *second one with MITC links*.

6. Nothing after that.

7. By evening after reading few experiences here on TF, called on ivr 1860 267 7777 for application status, to my surprise it said Approved.

8. Still nothing on App/sms/Email.

9. Today called customer support asked about dispatch details, they said it will take 3-4 days to dispatch due to weekend.

10. Today around 3.30pm received virtual card activation link with last 4 digits (for which customer support said, you'll able to apply for digital card after physical card delivery, i think they didn't understood what i was saying).

11. Not activated card yet but asking comunity people that should i take confirmation of LTF before activation or Indusind don't do those chindi practices as CHENNAI King does.

It's LEGEND LTF (there were plenty of cards upto 40k fee, including Pinnacle with one-time 5K fee).

Is it wise decision that not paid 5K for indus Pinnacle?
