Indusind credit card application process

Hello Fam!
I was recently getting calls from indusind bank regarding a preapproved credit card offrr also received WA msgs. Was busy with exams so was not able to process it. Now the offer got expired but still I applied one through the website and it showed me multiple cards that I’m eligible for with the same limits as the preapproved offer claimed. I selected eazydiner card. There was no vdo kyc may be because im an existing customer. Immediately I received two mails



Does this guarantee me getting a card? On calling customer care IVR reply is your application in process and unable to connect to executive.

Same thing happend to me but they declined after three days, in your case i would say wait and watch everything is possible in indusind

Upto your process i got same, In my case video kyc is also done and now no update from them.
