Not BM getting it manually corrected from backend team. Fingers crossed

Update: Today, my account is reflect as Exclusive. It required escalation all the way to Zonal Manager and then was done.

Hopefully will get Times Prime Membership in next few weeks.

Luckily in my case, my parents opened 2 partner accounts when the Partner account offer was there and I opened Exclusive account in Oct so everyone got zero balance accounts.
