Indusind bank introduce reward points redemption charges

Instead of showing the charges in Pay with Rewards / Twid at the time of redeeming, they charge them sneakily in the statement

As expected from indusind. Slowly no reason to have their cards.

How is it better to redeem through customer care? Doesn't it charge the redemption fees? Looking for a way out to cash out my points and close this card for good

Last year, they didn't charge redemption fees to me when I asked them through Call.
They credited in my statement with the conversion rate of 1RP= 70p.
It was close to 20K points.
This year I have accumulated just 2000 points so I haven't done redemption using this method so I can't tell if they are still doing it for free or not..

Redemption Fees has been introduced sometime back only.

This bank has lost its mind when it becomes to credit cards. The only 2 good cards left from them are EazyDiner Signature and Pioneer Heritage Metal

EazyDiner Signature is also devalued

I used 60 rs discount in Myjio by using Indusind Reward Points via Twid.
They charged ₹10+1.8(gst) as redemption charges.

Does anybody know if we get reward points (paid via TWID) back after returning the order? Rewards points for transaction done in March are not reversed till now. CC is useless they said wait for 45 days, later replied contact Indus moments, again replied will reverse in 45 days it has been more than 90 days.

EazyDiner Signature is also devalued

Yeah now it's useless. Pioneer Heritage Metal is also crazily priced 🤪 and yet gives only 1% on domestic spends 🤪 plus SundasBank have like ZERO offers on any merchants

So they have destroyed every single one of their credit cards and made them so unattractive there's no reason to keep them except for 0 balance Exclusive a/c with Pioneer and once a year Rewardz Festival 🤭

For international spenders, Pioneer Heritage Metal is still one of the best with a 2.5% reward rate, no reward redemption fee and 0% forex charges making the top end card for international spenders
