Indus bank credit card repayment

I had done the repayment of my bill in 4 parts like 8k + 7k+... & So on.

Then I used my credit card limit on Amazon to purchase a smartphone in this billing cycle.

In indus app it's still showing the privious amount as total amount due + minimum amount due.

& I am getting mails and msg from indus to repay the amount.

Contacted there customer care 18602677777 but it's all IVR no option available to connect to executive.

What to do? Due date is 5 july
 
Ignore total amount due etc.. check total outstanding & available limit instead. Also ignore the spam email for payment & emi conversion from the bank.

If you wanna talk to customer care, choose bank account (1) and ask them to connect you to credit card team.

Total outstanding is only showing what I spend this month.

But in app it's showing TAD & minimum amount due as well which I already paid them in parts

But they are not confirming that they recieved payments through email, today i send them 2nd reminder.

Like I said before, you can ignore it completely as long as total outstanding and available limit are correct. TAD & MAD are for reference and don't change until next statement.
 
My statement due is 2.8 lac, paid 1.5 lac and used 1 lac in current billing period. I know how system works, not using any mobile app. No issue here.
