I don't know customer support told me that I'm eligible.....but I'm not upgrading at all to reserve 😕

If you are interested in Magnus, why dont you apply offline at your nearest branch? If you hold other banks CC with high CL it will be easier to get one.

If you are saying you have pre approved offer for Axis Reserve but not for Magnus, then its probably wrong notion.

The chat is indicating you can apply for all the listed CC, the agent might have missed Magnus it doesnt necessarily means you are pre approved for all mentioned cards.

Best way to check is within the Axis mobile app for pre approved offers or click on Apply for products >> Choose Credit Cards and see what option you get.

You can only get Magnus if you've 4L and above limit on other credit card. Or 18L annual income. No other way.

Reserve is far more difficult to obtain. The chatbot/chat agent has given you wrong info.

You can only get pre-approved Axis Privilege card with this 52k limit on your other card. Not even Axis Select card. Magnus & Reserve are next to impossible.
