This could be a subtle color highlight on dates, a small colorful icon —anything that gently signals to readers that the content may be dated.

I understand, thanks to @Technofino’s helpful reply, that we can always use the advanced search feature to filter by time duration. However, this visual cue would be especially helpful for casual readers and newcomers who may not be using advanced filters.
