RM(Request) -> BM -> CH/RH -> State Head ( Private)

Upgraded from First Millennia( Jan 2024) -> Select ( June 2024) -> Wealth (June 2025) Ashva & Mayura August 2024
Power + from a cousin, not mine. Missing the Vistara card - Heard rumours that IDFC and Air India might do a comeback, not sure.

Okay, I'm already in touch with BM. With that amount of funds I never bother to talk to any bank employee other than BM. Do you know if they still issue the tablet kit for private?

Yeah kit with the mini something display will be dispatched. It totally useless only metal DC is worthy in the box.

My bm saying there is a procedure for raising the private account status, asking for consent over sms maybe otp. Is that true? What is the exact process?

idk remember the procedure from wealth to private, don't worry the sms containing OTP you will give will have information why OTP was generated so before giving the OTP just read the sms simple. my rm upgraded my account if BM is involved when he is both RM and BM the process would be faster, it took me some 30-35 days after giving the consent if i given for the private to be reflected in my idfc app and then the box arrived later.
