I have applied to idfc first credit via online portal on 15th using a different mobile number than the one I have used in my idfc savings account. It was showing cc approved and video kyc is done. Got two calls from verification team.
Got an SMS saying, approval is in progress with application number. When I tried to track it says application not found.
How much time will idfc take to complete approval and is it normal that the cc application tracker doesn't work ?
